Hi, I'm Chen-Hsiang (or Kyle!)​

I am a Clinical Psychologist with experience across both private and public settings. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, evidence-based, and insight-oriented.
​
I have extensive experience in treating a range of presentations, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and sleep disorders.
​
I also work with individuals who do not have a clinical diagnosis, especially those interested in personal growth, self-development, exploring their unique creativity, and finding a sense of purpose in life.
​
I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I was born in Taiwan and grew up in Brisbane. Mandarin is my native language, and I am happy to offer therapy in Mandarin if preferred.
​
Currently, I offer therapy exclusively via telehealth. If you are looking for support, please feel free to reach out for a no-obligation discussion.

I am also an AHPRA Board-Approved Supervisor and registrar program principal supervisor in clinical psychology. Fees and availability are negotiable. Please contact me for further details.

Pricing
Private fee clients pay $250 for 50 minutes of psychological consultation.

If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) you will receive a rebate of $145.25. Speak to your GP to receive a MHTP referral for psychological therapy.
Cancellation Policy

Appointments missed or rescheduled without 48 hours' notice will incur a late cancellation fee of $50, which will be payable prior to your next appointment. Medicare does not cover cancelled appointments.
